SYSTEM COUNCIL U-4 SPECIAL BULLETIN Bulletin # 00-2 May 23, 2001 PLEASE CIRCULATE TO ALL LOCATIONS (including show-up sites)Bidding Distribution Jobs It has come to our attention that very few members have updated their job applications to include the new "job codes" associated with the early, afternoon and late shifts in the Distribution Business Unit. As a result of this discovery and in an effort to eliminate the possibility of someone missing out on a job award, it has been agreed that Mike Conner of J-post will put out another notice to all employees explaining the new codes and that jobs will not be offered until June 12, 2001 to give all employees time to make their changes.
This bulletin is to notify you that it is of the utmost importance to up-date your job applications as quickly as possible to include the new letter codes, this will ensure you are applying for the job and schedule of your choice. Fraternally,
