The Power Generation Business Unit has given sixty (60) day notice of its plan to re-align the Business Unit as required by Paragraph 21 of the Memorandum of Agreement to the System Council Office.

Late yesterday afternoon, a meeting was scheduled for Thursday, June 21st between Company and Union officials to discuss the process and staffing adjustments in detail. According to Company officials, this re-alignment is related to the re-powering projects at Ft. Myers and Sanford locations only. They have also indicated that the staffing models for the two locations are not final at this point and will not be finalized until after they have had a chance to sit down with the Union to discuss our concerns.

As further details are reveled we will communicate them to the Membership
