Dear Brothers and Sisters:

Brother Clark Hare has officially announced that he must step down from his position as System Council U-4 Safety Committeeman for personal reasons. We would like to thank Brother Hare for his excellent work as Safety Committeeman as well as his dedication and commitment to the Brotherhood during his tenure. We wish him and his family the very best in the future.

The System Council is pleased to announce that Brother Ted Cogdell, Local Union 359 Council Delegate, has been appointed to fill the position by System Council President, Rick Curtis, effective immediately. Brother Cogdell has been involved with his Local Union and the System Council for many years throughout his career and brings a great deal of experience to the position. He has held numerous positions within the Union such as System Council Delegate, Local Union Executive Board Member, Chief Job Steward, Safety Committeeman and TSC Facilitator and is well respected by his Brothers and Sisters.

We would like to thank Brother Cogdell for accepting the position and for his willingness to serve the Brotherhood as Safety Committeeman. Please join with us in welcoming Ted and assisting him in making a smooth transition into the position. He can be reached at (305) 332 8434.
