Priority Issues

 As many of you are aware of, the System Council’s Web Page has been experiencing a problem and is not presently up and running on the Internet.  We are currently working with our Web Master and anticipate having the site up and running soon.  In the mean time, we will be communicating via FAX.

 The Union’s Negotiating Committee has been meeting with the Company over the past few weeks, discussing the priority issues identified by the System Council Delegates.  We are close to reaching a tentative agreement with the Company and anticipate bringing a modified proposal forward for a vote.  The Committee feels that this proposal is considerably better than the last offer and will be presenting it to the Delegates for their consideration.

 We will be updating you on the progress of the Company’s offer in the near future.
